Soundworks was born out of the success of the recording studio learning environment at Progress Music Academy in Birmingham, where for over 15 years we’ve been helping musicians, students, and professionals bring their music to life. As demand for recording and production grew, we took the next step — creating our sister company, Soundworks Birmingham Ltd, a dedicated Recording studio brand with its own identity in a new, studio venue in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter.
Our new studio has been fully renovated to provide the best possible environment for creativity, collaboration, and professional results. Whether you’re stepping into the booth for the first time, working alongside our producers to craft original music, or learning the craft of production yourself, you can expect the same trusted service and friendly professionalism that Progress has always been known for.
