On Saturday 9th May, we officially celebrated the launch of Soundworks Birmingham with our very first Open Day and Launch Party — and we just wanted to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to everybody who came along to support us.
Seeing so many customers, friends, family members, musicians, artists and local creatives through the doors made the day incredibly special. After such a huge renovation project, it was amazing to finally welcome everyone into our brand-new recording studio and music production facility in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and celebrate everything that Soundworks is about.
The atmosphere throughout the day was brilliant, with people exploring the studios, checking out the facilities, chatting about music, recording, production and future projects, while enjoying great company together. It genuinely meant a lot to see so much support from both long-standing customers of Progress Music Academy and brand-new visitors discovering Soundworks Birmingham for the first time.
Soundworks Birmingham was created to offer a modern, welcoming and professional recording studio in Birmingham for artists, bands, singers, producers and creators of all experience levels. The launch event felt like the perfect way to officially begin that journey.
We’re incredibly excited about the future and can’t wait to continue building a creative community around music production, recording, voice & show reels and artist development here in the Jewellery Quarter.
Thank you once again to everyone who attended, supported us, shared kind words and helped make the launch such a memorable occasion.
We’re only just getting started.
